ちょこっと英語日記【“Three Cs”を避けるよ。の巻】
１、先ずは日本語で。
今日は代休です。
昨日は社内の通常出社率を下げるために休日出勤しました。
何人かは「３密」を避けて休日出勤し、その分の代休を別日に取ります。
「３密」とは「密閉」「密集」「密接」のことです。
２、グーグル先生と相談。
I take a compensation day-off today because I worked yesterday to reduce an attendance rate in my office.
We still have to avoid “Three Cs”, so some of us work on a holiday and take a compensation day-off instead.
“Three Cs” means Confined spaces, Crowded places , and Close contact.
■代休
→compensation day-off
■３密
→“Three Cs”
３、ネイティブ先生の添削。
"I took a compensation..." instead of "I take" if you are referring to the fact that you already did the action.
"I'm taking a..." if you are in the middle of the action or planning to do it
"I'm going to take a..." if you are planning to
"I take a..." isn't grammatically correct.
"day-off should be "day off" in both cases.
★今日のフレーズ。

① Confined spaces (with poor ventilation)
換気の悪い密閉した空間
confinedとは「限られた」「狭い」、poor ventilationは「換気の悪い」
② Crowded places (with many people nearby)
多くの人が密集する場所
③ Close contact (with people)
近距離での密接の会話
