ちょこっと英語日記【頭ごなしに叱りつける上司にはなりたくないね。の巻】

１、まずは日本語で

昨日、会社で担当している業務の書類に不備があってめっちゃ怒られてん。
私的には、どうってことないことだと今だに思ってるんやけど、社内のルール的にはまずかったみたい。
会社員として雇われている以上、社内ルールは守らなあかんと反省してる。
だけど、昨日は上司が頭ごなしに怒鳴りつけてきたから少しがっかりした。
もし私が逆の立場やったら建設的に注意をするんやけどな。

なんやねん。。。（泣
しょぼーん。しょぼぼ〜ん。ぼんぼ〜ん。。。

Yesterday, I was scolded for mistaking document of project I was working on was incomplete.
It is so bad for company, because it went against internal rules.
（But I just think that was no big deal for me…）
My boss scolded me without hearing my side of the story ,so I was disappointed for him.
If I was in his situation, I wouldn’t do that, but I didn’t get emotional very quickly.

It was so bad for the company because it went against the internal rules.
(But I don’t think it was a big deal!)

If I was in his situation, Iwouldn’t do that, but I didn’t get emotional very quickly.
