ちょこっと英語日記【チャットボットは便利だね！の巻】

１、先ずは日本語で。

昨日、アマゾンサイトを見ていた時に間違って商品を購入してしまいました。
慌てて、購入取り消し手続きをしようとしましたが上手くできません。
そこで、カスタマーサービスのチャットボットを初めて使ってみました。
電話ではなくチャットで応対してくれるサービスです。
迅速な対応をして頂き、解決できました。

２、グーグル先生と相談。

Yesterday, I accidentally clicked on order button while browsing thru Amazon website.
I tried to cancel it immediately but I couldn't.
I tried to chat using the "chat bot" for the first time to ask for help.
The chat bot was really helpful because I was able to cancel the order and solve my problem.

３、ネイティブ先生の添削。

I went for a walk in the park to blow offsome steamafter the meeting.
打ち合わせの後、息抜きをしに散歩へ出かけた。

■blow off some steam
→ 熱を吹き飛ばす＝息抜きをする

面白いね。→良く使いそうなのでそのまままるっと覚えたい！
